Web Usability: NOCpulse

In late 2000, I began contracting with NOCpulse (now part of Red Hat Networks), a Managed Service Provider which employs several of my former co-workers from wine.com. I was tasked to redesign the administrative interface for their customers, which at the time was segretated from their flagship product, the Command Center.

Over the course of this project, we developed a UI design that incorporated all of the administrative functionality into the frames-based Command Center environment with which customers were already familiar. The screen captures below of the Command Center's administrative pages were taken in 2000, prior to NOCpulse's acquision by Red Hat -- I have included the schematics on which these pages are based in the left column.
